About the Artwork

Every piece is designed and hand printed with love in the artists studio apartment in Avoca Beach on the Central Coast of NSW Australia. This series of work has formed from a collective of sketches that have been carved into blocks then hand printed in Indigo, burnt sienna and black ink. Each design has its own conceptual significance, inspired by movement, emotion, and imperfection. Through vibrant patterns, continuous line and repetition the artist draws on topics of feminism, intimacy, mental health and human connection. This expression of simple line work creates a dreamlike sensation.
